Sierra Delta Civil Limited

My name's Sam, I run Sierra Delta Civil. We're a multi civil business and we carry out work pretty much in the Wellington region. We do anything from concrete and asphalt through to earthworks, drainage, water reticulation.

So the previous company I worked had 47 staff. Timesheets, wages, that whole cycle of jobs that need to be done - that almost took two weeks. I always looked at that when I worked at that company and thought surely there is a better way it can be done, surely it doesn't have to take that long, and surely there's something out there that can be better. And that's how I sort of came across PaySauce really.

So every second Monday I pull out my phone, have a scan through all the guys timesheets, look at where they’ve been and what they’ve done and note their hours down and then press calculate and pay. So my whole timesheet, pay run, the whole cycle, takes me about ten minutes. It's a very very simple operation.
